I purchased this item for an "thinking out of the box" use. I live in an urban interface area (houses on 3-5 acre lots next to forest lands) and walk my dog every night on a long leash. It is to my advantage that I see any deer or other critters before my 75 pound mixed breed does and pulls me off my feet trying to get at them. This is complicated by my use of a cane. So, leash in one hand, cane in other hand, where to hold light? In my "arsenal" of canes I have a K-Bar aluminum fighting cane, a very substantial cane. The diameter of the cane is also about the same as a rifle scope tube. I used the mount to place the light on the shaft of the cane and attached the on/off button on the neck of the cane so I just need to raise the cane (no I will not fall over) and press the button, instant green light. The light, switch, and mount has taken the "thump, thump, thump" of my walking for weeks and has not loosened of failed. I honestly believe I give it more hard use than if mounted on a hunting rifle. I have hunted wild hogs in days gone by and I wish I had this item then, good product.

How many lumens do you need for a green hunting light...1000 sounds great! I was able to take this out and see as far as I wanted to without need for a white light to find my way. This can be used to easily spot predators or varmints at a great distance without being discovered first. The thumb and pressure switches, backup rechargeable battery, zoom function, and light mounts make this kit ideal for my hunting bag. I have other hunters and Montanans asking me where I got mine before I ever took it to the woods. I was able to spot a few rabbits and a mink without them knowing I was even in the woods. Because of this, I can’t wait to take my light back into the woods. With the durability of this light and an affordable price, I can buy multiples and not break the bank. I can still have the peace of mind that it will last me a while.

I was surprised to see how bright this light was. At night, I was able to see across a several acre field without issue (about 200 yards). It's a solid light for the price, especially with everything it comes with. The added switch which allows you to control the light (both momentary and on/off) is awesome. I velcro'ed it to the side of my rifle for easy access to turn the light on and off. There are a couple of things I didn't care for though. The provided case is very cheap plastic, the latches barely latch and I have a feeling it won't take long for the case or the latches to break. It's not that big of a deal since it's an added bonus. The light cannot be focused which is weird for being an LED light. The light is very bright in the center, but has a much dimmer circle of light on the outside which isn't the greatest for lighting up a bigger area. The battery charger provided is very cheap and I also don't foresee that lasting a long time, but it works for now. The biggest complaint is the included scope mount; it's a joke. It's a cheap plastic clip that does not hold tightly on to any scope, no matter the diameter. I originally bought this light to attach to my scope, but instead had to mount to the barrel with the included barrel mount which is metal and much much better. Honestly though, for this price, it's a solid light. I haven't used it much yet, but so far I'm impressed.

Very impressed with this kit. I love the carrying case. It is a compact and clean and tidy way to carry all of the accessories or other outdoor gear you need to keep safe. I have video on YouTube explaining everything I love about this light. In my tests, it proves to shine brighter than the VarmintLights.com VRL-1 light I have used for many years. Quality accessories and it is both brighter and reaches longer distances. Very impressed and I still cannot see how they can offer so much for such a small price point! So I bought this light 1 month ago and been using it every night for hog hunting. it's very bright and works great! Battery's and charger are great quality! It lights up at a great long distance and I love it! I use it on my G3 invader crossbow. Will be getting another one for rifle👍🏼

I bought this for rat pest control at night. I have a 150 yard feild and It will illuminate everything in my feild.Rabbits are highly visible and don't seem to be bothered by this light.Rats..............dont care either and the first night with this light my body count quadrupled. Quality on the light is great.The charger im not sure about but it did not matter to me cause I use 18650 in other items.A vape battery with higher amps will last a very long time.Included batteries I have used for an hour with no issue but I used the higher amp battery instead.This has to be the best $37 I ever spent not in Tijuana. I ordered two and gave my brother one.He is impressed also. Way to go China. Amazon shipped fast.Well packaged. The green light also does not seem to attract skeeters.

This is a great lamp! I use it almost every night to protect my crops from predators, and it lasts all night! Recommended!!

These are cheap imported lights. Thats what i needed. They work as advertised. Are they awesome, no, they r less than 40.00. I ordered five to try out. I just ordered five more. I run a hunting lodge and i needed something to loan out to clients to shoot hogs over bait at 100 yards max. They work for that. Thats all i need. If I can get one year out of them they will have paid for themselves 10x over. If i were ordering one light for my personal use and had the budget for it , I would look at something of higher quality. These are worth what u pay for them.
