Good fit, no wiggle
Great fit, easy access. The Narcan is secure and easy to access when needed. Closure is constructed so that the med doesn't become easily dislodged. Does what it needs to do.

Narcan Pouch
I was bummed at the cost of this pouch, however it is worth the money. You can fit both doses of Narcan and a pair of gloves. The pouch also looks nice on your vest. I would recommend for anyone carrying Narcan.

Didn’t last at all
Total junk with absolutely no refund window!! Keep the narcan in your pocket and avoid this cheap junk. I had high hopes but it failed the first time I tried to move it off my outer carrier. Amazon should be ashamed to allow a seller to function like this. Please look somewhere else for quality gear

Snaps bad
Update - they said they have to go on a specific way to work right. Also not made for belt - we will tryThe snaps keep coming undone. They will not stay snapped. I have 2 of them. Both have issues. Other than that I like them. Still trying to come up with idea to keep them snapped

Does not feel cheaply made at all!!
I originally rated 1 star because I never received it. After getting the item (UPS error) it’s great! Can expand to fit more if needed!

Not secure for your duty belt - FAIL
I purchased this product to carry on my duty belt and it has failed miserably. This case snaps on the duty belt but the snaps are weak and don't stay secure. If you're looking to a case for your Narcan, keep looking, overall I'm very disappointed. I would send it back but they charge an overpriced restocking fee.
