This device is the best!
Previously I had a small appliance store dehumidifier in my crawl space and it ran non-stop and you could hear it running from just about anywhere in the house. After replacing it with a BlueDeep model, I cannot tell you how pleased I am. The BlueDeep unit is nearly silent and has taken my crawl space from 80% to 60% humidity in less than one day. On day 2 of use, my crawlspace was at 45% humidity! The musty odor is gone as well as the humidity. This has made the entire house more comfortable as well! I highly recommend this device!!!

Not worth the money
Set in up in December 2022 worked great for about 3 months then humidity started going up for another month then quit completely. Been trying to get ahold of MFG for 5 months and have just returned my Email. Will see what they do next.

Works very well!
I have a damp basement for whatever reason, so I always have a dehumidifer down there to keep storage items nice and dry and this machine works great! I actually had one a year ago and it stopped working as it was suppose to and was sent a replacement dehumidifer very promptly!I would highly recommend this dehumidifer for anyone looking for a better one than box store models.Thank you!

Bought this for our basement. It works great, easy to use and has taken care of our problem. Runs quietly too.
