Ingredients Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. This product has twice the L-Theanine (200 mg per capsule) as in our regular strength product (100 mg per capsule).

I upped the strength
I bought these to top up the lower strength ones I bought from the health shop . These do not repeat on me . They do seem to be working well as I find my sleep improved .
