This Product works Great!!!!!!. If you have tooth or Gum Pain! Do not pass on this stuff!! Buy it NOW!. I have a tooth that needs a Root Canal and my tooth pain is threw the roof. I used half a pack of this stuff! And the pain was gone for hours! It said that you get 144 packs! But I recieved 154 packs in one of my boxes! Got 10 Extra packs! This stuff works great and its reasonably priced! Either use this stuff or Anbesol or Clove oil! Or the Red Cross Toothache kit. Stay away from orajel its worthless!. You can not go wrong with this!. This stuff works amazing! I broke a molar in half and it’s down to the nerve on one side. I am in so much pain but can’t get to the dentist because of Covid. I’ve tried clove oil, Anbesol and a couple other over-the-counter Oral pain relievers and this by far is the best! I’m actually back buying a second box just to have on hand. Well worth the $13

I ordered this product to find relief from a front tooth that had broken off, and OMG this stuff is amazing. It consists of 20% Benzocaine. And it numbed my gum immediately! I highly recommend Safetec Oral Pain Relief, if your looking to end tooth nerve & gum pain!

Question:Do you consume it or apply it to the area? The instructions aren't so clear.

What a lifesaver... I've been having really bad toothaches. But with this Covid-19 stuff going on. I'm not going anywhere near a dentist office. I have a tooth that is cracked. Certain things irritated it. So this gel really helps calm the pain down instantly. Using I was taking Tylenol all the time. And I don't want to do that. If you have any mouth issues with pain. This will numb it now. For my tooth it lasted for awhile. Sometimes I had to put it on a few times if the pain was super bad.

This is weird. I'm quite sure I ordered this oral pain relief product as gummies to chew on and read many reviews about these being gummies. It took 11 days to get my order and I got packets of liquid instead. Now it seems the gummies with the reviews are no longer sold and my order got attached to this liquid product instead and the Safetec store doesn't have the gummies either. I tried a packet and it does seem to numb better than Orajel or Anbesol, taste better, and even dries your mouth a little so saliva doesn't rinse away its effectiveness. So that's impressive. However, these little packets are difficult to apply to a specific location -- they're pretty liquidy so all you can do is squeeze it into your mouth and hope for the best. But the packets cannot be opened without scissors because of the packet material, so that makes it a little inconvenient if you want to take the packets to-go. So, because I received a product that was different than what I ordered, and because the packets are not easy to use, I am rating only 3 stars, though once applied the product is quite effective and superior to other similar products.

I purchased this product to hopefully relieve sore throat pain. I was desperate because nothing else helped. I tried lozenges, salt water, etc, etc. Nothing helped and most made my throat burn worse, including honey. My throat gets irritated from medicine I need in lozenge form. Unfortunately, this numbed my tongue, cheeks & lips but not my throat. So it does work, just not for throats.

The reviews don’t lie, this stuff is the real deal for pain relief and IT IS AWESOME!!!! Thank you for a great product and should be a staple for everyone’s first aide kit.
