Tom's of Maine Tom’s of Maine Long Lasting Deodorant, Wild Lavender, 13.5 Ounce, Pack of 6

This product though does not contain aluminum does not conceal body odor at all. Even when I sweat a little bit I can smell my body odor and it makes me feel self conscious about myself and whether others can smell me. I was hoping it would at least conceal it for a few hours but this doesn't even help after 10 mins of application after a shower.

I've used Tom's of Maine deodorant for years, but recently I started to notice that shortly after I apply it, I develop a very "sour" smell under my arms that follows me all day long. My daughter has noticed that as well, plus she pointed out that it just isn't working to prevent B.O. anymore. I thought perhaps the last couple sticks were just old (the most recent had expired by a couple of months, but the one before that was still in the last month or so of the use by date). I broke out this new pack, which is dated June 2020, and it IS better but I'm still getting the sour smell. I don't want to walk around smelling bad all day -- that's what I'm trying to prevent with deodorant! So I won't be purchasing this brand again.

I'm not that picky with deoderant, which is why i ordered a big pack. That was a bad idea. This stuff simply does not work. I am astounded it gets any good reviews at all. You might as well just not wear deoderant.

I have been using this product for over 5 years and was very happy with it. Well about a month ago, I opened a new one and used it. It didn't take more than 5 minutes for me to feel the itching and burning under my arms. I had to stop using it and I'm looking for another product now. Vey disappointed.

What can I say? it stinks to stink almost as badly as it stinks to load yourself up with industrial aluminum chemicals -- and with this, you can avoid both at the same time!Many of those rock salt alternatives to regular anti-antiperspirants actually do have a *different* aluminum compound in them, so check ingredients.This product does not have any aluminum of any type, and seems to work really well.

They changed it, it doesn't smell right and, surprise! It doesn't work. At. All. AND Amazon won't accept returns. Guess I will be shopping elsewhere.

I've had a horrible reaction to this deodorant. The first stick was just a little uncomfortable so I bought a six pack for the sake of "going natural." Whatever is in this stuff can't be good for you. Second tube started giving me a painful rash. My skin was raw. I thought I just needed to get used to it so at night I'd use a healing lotion; I'd feel better in the morning and apply Tom's, and a few hours later my underarms would be burning and aching. Don't buy the 6 pack until you've tried it for a bit and know you won't have a bad reaction!

I loved the roll on version of this product. Used it for years with no issues. They stopped making the roll on so I purchased this alternative product. Unfortunately I can't use it as it caused a rash and itching after a few days use. Do not purchase this if you have sensitive skin.

Buying this quickley at christmas time, I stupidly didn't spot that despite the picture showing multiple sticks, in reality it was only one stick. It was in the writing but in my rush I missed it and went by the picture. WRONG!! Spent the same price on one stick as I normally spend on 3. Felt stupid and annoyed so not a good shopping experience.

I have used this product for many years and it is consistently good. It adds a little moisturiser to the skin to stop chaffing as well as controlling odour. I order several units at a time so that I always have a stock. The units themselves are made of plastic and I would like to see that modified, if possible.

I have tried lots of different natural options and always come back to this one. Others I have tried, seem to need quite a lot applied to be effective, and always clump up. Toms only needs a couple of swipes and goes on smoothly. The smell is subtle but nice and last all day.
