These are better than the original. If someone has posted 1 star then I can only assume they've been unlucky and maybe ended up with a faulty one. I was so angry with Jawbone as I'm not stupid but managed to lose the original cap on the first day after it came off whilst I was walking and I recall clicking it on. An interesting way for UP to make money! I don't know how they get away with such a flaw and clearly it's a problem as they're constantly sold out on their site. But thank goodness for this seller and product. Firstly isn't over charging for a tiny piece of plastic but most importantly fits nice and snug and won't fall off no matter how hard you try. The only way you'll lose this one is if you forget to put it back on after charging or updating.

Purchased as a replacement for the original which fell off and got lost, this one is somewhat inferior. This one fell off and got lost more quickly, but even before that I wasn't very impressed. Although the colour is a good match and the metal finish initially is smart, the shiny coating is very thin and wears through quickly so it soon looks rather scruffy. Does the job but quality is somewhat lacking.

Arrived on time but I have lost both since getting them as they are not the real jawbone clips and they won't tigh enough and fell /pinged off. So I'm back to square one!!!!

I lost the cap from my Jawbone while hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu (well, if you're going to lose it anywhere ....). I searched Amazon for a new one, but many suppliers charge 15 pounds for the postage, which is 3 times the cost of the caps. Not Xgeek. They sent me a pack of 2 replacement caps for 4.99. The caps took several weeks to arrive, but when they did they fit perfectly. My Jawbone looks like new again. Thanks Xgeek.

These caps fit my Up 2 band very well and click with a good tight fit, so doesn't look like they will drop off easily. Hopefully they will not loosen over time. They also don't rotate like my original one did, which is a bonus. Although they are not supposed to be 'originals' I was surprised to see they are engraved like the originals which is not shown in the illustration (probably for legal reasons!). Recommended.
