Should work if it's the right fit, but check the size of where it'll go in the back before purchase. 05 Rav4 S uses the smallest connector.

Good option to get smartphone/mp3 player sound on your car speakers
The gadget serves its purpose although the connection is a little flimsy due to the thinness of the many little wires. It became loose on the socket once and I had to dismantle the whole shebang to put it in its place again securing it with some sticky tape making sure there was no weight pulling on the plug. Other than that it works fine.

Ask for the Aux-Ipod conector, Aux alone doesnt let you control Ipod from radio.
