Summer Bridge Activities, Grades K - 1: Volume 2 Paperback – 15 Jan. 2015

I love the Summer Bridge books! They do a great job of reviewing information from the previous grade as well as introducing new concepts to be covered in the next grade. I also find that the task of taking fifteen to twenty minutes a day to focus on a scholastic task helps ease the transition back to school in the Fall after a long Summer holiday. There is an age-appropriate reading list in the beginning of the book that provides lots of suggestions to give direction to Summer library trips as well.

The media could not be loaded. I decided to get this to help my son over the summer. It’s very simple but a good worksheet to keep him on track to avoid summer slide. We started tonight and did several days at once. He earned a sticker for each lesson which was very motivating! I have not seen him want to work like this at home and it was very exciting. The first few lessons are really easy but they look like they will become more challenging! This first grade teacher approves of this book!!

Lo cogí como libro de actividades para hacer con mi hija en inglés. Llevamos 3 años y aún no lo hemos terminado. Ejercicios q van subiendo de nivel y van cambiando de tema.Recomiendo 100%

Awesome book for kids, I don't want my kids to forget everything they learned during the school year. This book is great because it's pretty easy for them to finish one page in about 10 minutes and it's nice and colorful. I have a rising K and rising 1st but they both do really good in school and I bought them a grade level up. That seems to be working great for them.
