This I.D. is dressy. It worked well for me. I needed to order another after a few years because the information changed. It's too dressy for exercise, but I haven't found any others that I liked.

I got one of each color, gold and silver, for my sister in Florida. She is thrilled that they look like pretty jewelry and also keep her a little safer when she walks by herself around the neighborhood. As far as I know, they are holding up well. She wears one or the other all the time, coordinating them with her outfits. Hard to locate these when searching amazon is my only complaint. 😆

I have only had my beautiful medical necklace less than a week and have had 3 compliments. Today a mid 30 something lady immediately saw it as I walked to pay for our meal.......she thought it was real diamonds.I will keep an eye on the stones. Thanks; so glad I found this..

So pretty looks exactly how pictured, the engraving on the back is excellent quality and it came with pretty good shipping time. However the prongs that hold in the diamonds is made with a different metal. I've only been wearing it a month now and the prongs have already turned a coppery gold color.

The engraving was accurate. But due to automatic font size changes, a short line of larger font size followed a lengthy small font adjective. I’d have preferred to select the smaller size for each line.

I love it, it's the best piece of jewelry I ever purchased and I'm very pleased, absolutely the best.

I bought this necklace for my Mom and she actually wears it. (I was kind of worried since I have bought similar jewelry before and she wore it for only a short time.) I think she likes that it is subtle. You have to be close up to see what it actually is.The chain and pendant seem sturdy. Great buy!

This is one of the more feminine and dainty necklaces that I found that I could wear as an Medical ID necklace. It's a great weight, and it really looks nice. However, after several months of wearing it, one of the stones fell out of it. So, now I don't wear it any more, unfortunately.
