As expected, it's powdered sugar. It's expensive compared to what I can get in the local stores.

My first time trying this product, I was looking for something other than Dominos and I found it!! Doesn’t have an after taste made a chocolate frosting turn out really nice. Will definitely be purchasing again

This is a very fine powdered sugar, and like all powdered sugars it does contain some corn starch to keep it from sticking to itself. This one is exceptionally fine, and most people won't notice the difference between it and regular C&H powdered sugar. For a master baker, this would be useful in specific applications.

The product that I received has a best by date of 24 months from the date that I received it. Overall, it is a great tasting product but knowing the current higher price and that I couldn't detect a distinct enough difference from my go to powdered sugar, I don't see myself adding it again to my Amazon cart.
