The system is really easy to setup though, as is not unusual with Chinese products, the directions are not exactly correct. Nonetheless anyone with some savvy can figure it out pretty quickly. It took me less than 15 minutes and I had a resolution problem that needed troubleshooting. The instructions with this part of it were spot on. System was easy to install and works great. The mobile app was similarly easy to set up and it's been a champ so far. My only complaint is that the ranges given are wildly optimistic. In any real world environment where walls, windows, etc. are very likely to come into play do not expect to get a HD signal at any distance over ten meters (30 ft) or so. I ordered an extra antenna extender and found both to be minimally helpful. They might work well in the one specific instance where you are willing to drill through a wall to get one on the other side but other than that, not so much. One of them actually degraded the signal every time I tried to use it which baffled me until the wire fell out of the housing. QC is a bit of an issue with the antenna extenders. Other than that these do a good job for the money.

The setup was so easy, literally just login and plugin! Unfortunately, the kit showed up with defective cable on one of the cameras, but the customer service was awesome it didn’t even matter. They were so responsive and quick to handle my problem. I sent an email and boom there was another camera on the way. Let’s talk about picture quality, it is surprising good too! I was worried since the system is “affordable” that the picture quality wouldn’t be the best, but honestly it’s really really clear!! This product has great value and I’m pretty stoked on it!
