Designed by an outdoorsman who, rather than have one more journal fall apart from the elements, designed this rugged, high quality, adventure-ready journal. Crafted from durable oil-tanned cow hide and hand-stitched with olive green Irish waxed linen, this leather cover will get better with time. The handmade cover is perfectly designed to hold a standard 4" x 6' hardbound, heavyweight blank book with 220 unlined pages of white paper (included). The acid free paper was sourced from certified sustainable forests, so you can feel good about refilling your journal again and again. The front cover is a soft, slightly textured "Kodiak Brown" leather. Hand-stitched on the front is a "Bark Brown" leather tattoo engraved with a jumping trout. Easily fasten the pages shut for the journey with a Dragon Blood Jasper Concho and leather strap. On the back, the Cold Mountain Craft logo has been hand-branded in leather.
