The Midnight Rose: A spellbinding tale of everlasting love from the bestselling author of The Seven Sisters series

This book had me hooked , could not put it down. Love the way Lucinda Riley writes, the Seven Sister Series was amazing as well. Feel sad I have just finished the Midnight Rose, just wanted it to go on.Wonderful characters, and great plot.

I found this book a joy to read. Unusual theme Didn’t want to put it down

This is a complex story which at times I found hard to follow with the time changes. However, it takes a lot for me to stop reading a book and I finished it to find out what happened in the end.

just brilliant. From start to finish. So descriptive. You feel like you are there as an observer.I had goosebumps reading the final few pages.

This is a typical Lucinda Riley book. Great story with different twists. In fact at 2.30 am I had to finish it. A great read .

One of the very best books I've read. And I've read a few. You simply want to read every word, so brilliantly Ms Riley develops the different characters and in such authentic settings. It not only tells you a lot about Indian culture of then and now but also taps well into the reader's emotions. If you don't have tears in your eyes at least twice, you ain't human. God bless you, Lucinda Riley. You left the world a wonderful story in The Midnight Rose and evidently many more. What a writer!

I was challenged by older times views of womens right and the possible choices that were available then. This combined with love and how personal strenght can impact the destiny was drawing me in. Truly recomendable.

Great story with a strong female lead and happy, sad, very sad moments

Lucinda Riley always delivers a good story. She takes you into worlds that you otherwise wouldn't necessarily visit with characters that are varied and interesting. Her depth of knowledge about different cultures always astonishes me and shows a real curiosity and and intelligence. And she has an ability to write in such a way that she draws you into these worlds. I admire her writing immensely.
