High quality problem solver
The finish of this product was impressive and it's overall quality was as well. I needed to connect two chrome pipes to make my rain shower head fit with the filter and this was the perfect solution. The finish is nice and it helps solve and otherwise difficult problem and still looks good. Recommend.

Perfect
As others have said this is a really hard to find component and it worked perfectly. No leaks. Used five wraps of Teflon tape, put a washer in between, and tightnened it down. Worked the first time. You can use a plain brass one, but that's just ugly.I needed this because the diverter I had was a very typical one and had two male outs. Because one of the heads I was adding needed an extension, I needed a way to getting rid of the double male connection.Theoretically everything should always have the out flow side of the connection be male, but that means that your extension would have to be male on one end and female on the other. And those are hard to find too.Short answer, this solved the problem and got everything going the right direction again.

Pipe coupling
Looks good and does the job, long delivery

leaks from both ends. Horrible product.
No amount of thread tape or tightening will stop this from leaking. Stay clear of this coupling and buy one with rubber gaskets in it. Horrible product.
