I purchased two of these in March 2024 as my partner and I needed to break away from car reliance and, maybe, get some some exercise.Although they didn't turn up at the same it was not an issue for me.It does take a little bit of getting used to as they "launch" when you pull away in full EV (sport mode) a week or two of familiarisation allows you to enjoy it.Engwe calim it can do 21 miles solely in full EV mode, it can, and reach speeds of up to 31 mph in unlimited mode, it can do that too.I now pedal after 10 mph, leave it in 8th gear for that, and the pedal resistance is minimal as I have maximum assistance set. Thats my exercise as a 62 year old man.Initially I had an issue with free play in the steering but Engwe instantly told me what I had done wrong during the partial assembly after it was delivered.It's heavy, like 31 kilos, but doesn't feel like it when riding.The display is brilliant and easy to use.Only critisism is the front brake is noisy but that's probably because, being a fat boy, I am at it's weight limit. Because of it's weight I have added third party flashing indicators and a rear view camera so my hands stay on the handle bars.I live on a small island with steep hills, I just use pedal assist and it can go up a 30% at 18mph!Would I buy another? damn, yeah but this is so robust I don't think I will need to.Thank you Engwe the Engine pro is a different level to others on the market.

I have had this e bike just over a week and been riding it almost every day, now I am use to it and confident riding it. This item arrived 3 days after ordering, which was fast. This e bike is absolutely fantastic and honestly recommend it. So easy using the battery assisted pedalling, I am 70 years old and don't struggle at all even when going up hill. There are 7 different settings for battery assisted pedalling and 8 gears using the dérailleurs. If you want you can put the setting on zero so you are not using any of the battery and whilst pedalling it will charge the battery. The lights come on automically depending on the brightness of the day, when the light of the day starts fading the lights will come on automatically. You can change the light setting in settings, also you can change the top speed in settings and it will go up to 31 MPH. You can set cruise to come on using the throttle. There are so many things you can use when you go through the settings. All in All well worth the money and this e bike is awesome.
