Sometimes hard to find

I personally do not believe that there is any “quick fix” for growing longer and stronger hair and nails. Results will be varied and need time to show up. To me that means months if not a year. I have been using vitamins for hair and nails for quite a few years and have read up on ingredients that might be beneficial .This formula, while not super powerful, has many of the ingredients and vitamins that have been proven to assist in hair and nail growth. I am an older woman now and although my hair is thinner than it was in my youth it does continue to grow fast and remains fairly thick. I don’t expect miracles from any non-Rx hair and nail growth supplement, but this one does seem to help keep my hair and nails growing happily and quickly….so I will happily continue to use it…we all need our B vitamins anyway!
