I recommend avoiding this product, it was a total waste of my time and money. No matter what I do, it always says that the collection bin is full and can’t clean automatically, even when I’ve just changed out the bag and it’s completely empty. There’s no way to override this warning either, and no way to manually turn it, so it’s effectively just a really expensive regular litter box that I have to scoop. I was also unable to connect with the manufacturer, so I am returning it and finding a better one.

This was easy to set up and so far it works like a dream. I have had it about 6 weeks now and wish I had purchased it sooner. I did a lot of research and this litter box for the price does not disappoint. It is quiet and was an easy switch for our cat.

We've had this litter box for 2 weeks now. It was very easy to put together and our cat used it almost immediately with the help of some treats. He is super interested in it and loves to watch it clean and spin. We had one malfunction on day 5 or 6 where the box got stuck during a cleaning mode so our cat went outside of the litter box. I just unplugged/replugged it and its been since. Will update if it happens again. So far we love it. It's cute/like a little spaceship. The only good space for a litter box is in our guest powder room and the regular litter box was stinking the small space to high heaven. This works so well and has cut down on the smell by 95%. A fresh turd will still grab your attention but once the litter box does it's magic and scoops the clumps to the bottom bin the smell dissipates. We've been dumping the bin about every 4 days or so but it hasn't been all the way full. I thought we would waste litter to the process but it seems to only dump the clumps. Also, our cat used to wake us up because he liked to scratch and bang on the sides of the old bin and cover but now he can't do that so it's given us some extra peace as well.

Have been wanting to get a robotic cat box for some time now. Was waiting for another brand to lower the price for something more affordable and it just wasn’t happening.This box met all I was looking for. Purchased about a month ago and cats started using right away!The cat box smell has gone away. My children have no more complaints about scooping cat litter and there is less of a mess of kicked out after use.I do have some cons:It’s large. A bit bulkier than I imagined. It’s fine we make do.It’s loud. We always know when it’s been used. Cats don’t mind and it’s only for a few we wind while the box does its work.I can’t comment on the app as I have no need to monitor my cats uses. Didn’t even download it.Overall, I am saving my pennies to purchase a 2nd robotic box. We happy with our purchase and so glad we finally have one.

It’s the first time I use an auto litter box and I regret that I didn’t have one before.For short, it’s easy to use and it can save me a lot of time.It takes no time for installation. As shown in the picture it has only three or four components to assemble. You can just put them together and connect the power source and it’s good to work.Connecting the device to the app is easy too. Click add device in the app and press the button on the box for several seconds, it will work. Some stats can be tracked on the app but I think the most important function is ‘shovel’.The collector in the bottom can be take off easily. With a trash bag in it, cleaning the box is very convenient, saving 80% of the time I needed before.It’s quiet when it’s shoveling.It detects if anything moving in front of it so that it doesn’t hurt the kitten.Mostly importantly, my cat bubble is willing to use it.Overall, great product improving my life quality.

One of the worst products ever purchased. The machine will stop during a cycle and flash red everyday. We have to babysit the machine to make sure it complete a cycle fully. It can’t even do a full cycle when no litter is even in it! For an expensive machine, it’s horrible and better if you buy it from somewhere else. DON’T BUT THIS
