I wouldn't say it is a heavy duty lock so if you feel the area the lock is left in is a high crime area, or the bike you are securing is expensive then buy a more solid lock. The lock itself is tough and well made. Very easy to get use to the code combination and you should be able to secure both wheels and frame if positioned correctly.
