I Think This Will Work Well Outdoors, Too
I bought these for a house with 4-foot roof overhangs. Although the Blink mini pan/tilt is intended for indoor use, because of the overhang, I'm going to put it outside, high up, right under where the soffit meets the outer brick wall. Sorry, but that house is 2,100 miles away, so I haven't done it yet, but I will when I next visit. See, though, the photo I've included that shows where I'll mount the bracket -- that bright red splotch indicates its planned location, so you can see why it'll be well-protected from rain and snow.I already have a 16-camera Blink system, but it's always bugged me that the regular black outside cameras prompt me every 30 seconds with the annoying "Continue?" question, whereupon I have to click it in order to keep viewing the live stream. The mini pan/tilts don't have that 30-second limitation, probably in part because they're not battery-powered like the regular outside cams are.So what I'm going to do is drill a hole through the casing of a window on the front of the house (see photo), high up so the camera can be high up, then I'll feed the thin power cord of the pan/tilt through that hole and supply power to the outside unit from the inside power outlet under that window. The base of the house sits about three feet off the ground, so between that and the fact the cam's going to be near the soffit, it'll be out of reach. I'm really looking forward to hearing all the wildlife sounds in the background for minutes at a time, thanks to this bracket. The bracket's perfect for mounting. It's hardy, the right width, comes with three screws (and anchors you can use, if desired), and a small correctly sized bolt to affix / secure the camera base to the bracket itself. In case you didn't know it, the Blink pan/tilts have an option called "Flip Video -- Enable when mounting the camera upside down." I'm going to place the bracket right up next to the soffit, so the camera will hang down from the bracket / not on top of it. I'll use the "Flip Video" Blink feature after installation. The mini pan/tilt is intended for indoor use, so I'm not sure how this bracket will hold up under the weather. Fortunately, the setup I described above has the bracket really close to the soffit, with the four-foot overhang to protect it, so all systems should be a very welcome "Go!" when I get back to the Midwest to do all this.Very happy so far.

These do the job!
We ordered these the same day as we ordered our Blink tilt camera. My husband installed them immediately in our barn rafters so we could watch our animal pen more closely. He said everything worked perfectly and the camera installed easily. They seem sturdy and allow us to suspend the camera from the ceiling.

Work as Expected
Brackets were easy to install on the Blink camera. All hardware fit. The bracket allowed for a sufficient range of movement to point the camera as needed. The white color coordinates with most surface colors. The bracket can be painted to match if needed. I am not sure why Blink does not include brackets like these with the camera, but these are reasonably priced and do the job very well.

This saves me from making a shelf for my cameras
I was planning on making a corner shelf to set the blink pan tilt camera on.These brackets are sturdy and easy to install, you may have to drill 3 holes for ankers if you don’t have a stud to mount to.You will still need to run the cable for power, in my case I installed a receptacle with USB ports close to the ceiling. This is a great solution.

Solid brackets, seem to be built to last
These are steel, powder coated, and can be mounted in four different orientations, so there's a lot of flexibility here, and they should hold up outdoors as well as inside. The 1/4x20 set screw is just that, but it's also a little shorter than I would like. If it was longer and with a grommet or washer, it might be more usable for other cameras, and harder to drop the screw (which I did three times while on the ladder) but maybe that is just me. I hate the drywall anchors that they included because I hate all drywall anchors. Using longer screws into a stud, or using better screw-in drywall anchors is an easy workaround for that and something I do when mounting anything. The main thing is the bracket, and I think it's very good. For the price, it's actually great.
