So, I 've been using this on/off for about a month now.-Packaging was great and hermetically sealed.-Usable life span is in years so you don't have to worry about them going to waste.Now, coming to the title:I've had hair fall for some time and after using several expensive shampoos, I went to a dermatologist and she ordered a bunch of tests and concluded that I had low Vitamin D and that more than 90% of the world's population has vitamin D insufficiency.So she prescribed me some scary looking expression Vitamin D capsules where you have to be careful about the dosage and timing or else you could get vitamin D toxicity.Anyways, my medical store didn't have it and I forgot to follow up but my hairfall seems to have subsided and my recent blood work suggests that my WBC & RBC count and Vitamin D levels have gone up.As it turns out these vitalos have nearly 100% RDA of Vitamin D, Iron and Zinc.Now because they are such low doses as supposed to 60000IU in dedicated capsules, there's room for indiscipline without the risk of toxicity or a big sacrifice on results.My brother ordered several of these because he's a gym freak and claims that it's nearly the same as gym branded multivitamins that cost in thousands so he had me order 4 bottles of these.All in all, very happy with noticeable results in a month's use.Will buy/subscribe for sure.
