Not as advertised, poor quality
Not at all impressed. Two heavy gel packs, not foam packs. After 2 days at Disney with some sandwiches a nd 4 bottles of water, it started coming apart at the top seam near the strap.

very little insulation. well made, but not going to work as a cooler.
not really impressed at all. The bag came with two very heavy gel packs to be frozen and that would help keep food cold, but the bag has very little (if any) actual insulation. the bag is well made and the attached bag for a thermos is a nice touch, but do not expect this cooler to keep food cold for 12 hours as claimed. it just won't.

It keeps my food nice and cold
I purchase this backpack, so I could bring food when I go on my hike. It keeps my food nice and cold. I have so much uses for it.
