Insanely hot. Wonderful!
It is impossible to convey how hot this sauce is. Because it comes in a glass bottle, it arrived in a package with a 'HANDLE WITH CARE' label stuck on the outside. After sampling it, I peeled that sticker off the package and put it on the bottle instead. I'd hate for someone to stumble across it in my fridge and think it's anything like Tobasco. I use it mainly in pasta sauces, either ready-made or my own. The quantity needed is simple; one drop is just right. Two, makes the dish appear like it cooked in a nuclear reactor and has to be thrown out. But what this sauce adds is a wonderful depth of flavour. The pasta sauce tastes like it's been slow-cooked for ages. Usually, I buy chilli pasta sauces, but they're just not hot enough. The beauty with Dragons Blood is that I can buy any flavour of sauce and turn it into a chilli-like sauce, by just adding a drop. The taste is addictive. Bloody Mary's have taken on a whole different meaning. And it's great value for money, because you need to use so little. Use with caution and if you get any on your hands, wash and scrub them until they bleed. This is far preferable to rubbing your eyes some hours later. Believe me. I've been there.

Wasn't as hot as described
Unfortunately, it wasn't as hot as described compared to Dave's ghost chilli sauce which is cheaper, hotter and had a flavour/taste. This sauce taste too was bit od chemical in nature rather than chilli. No, I don't think I will buy this again for the cost of almost 10 quid for a small bottle.

Rocked me to the core
I made up a bowl of rice and peas and stirred in a teaspoon of Mega Hot Sauce. After the first forkful it felt as though my core body temperature had risen by ten degrees. My head and chest suddenly felt warmer. A lot warmer. A few more forkfuls and my tongue felt as though it had split open. Halfway through the meal I got into the groove and enjoyed the ride.I never actually feel an `afterburn' with a hot sauce, and I didn't with this one. A few minutes after I had polished off the rice and peas the heat died-down considerably. Maybe I'm just lucky that way. What I did feel, during my meal, was a tremendous amount of respect for the sauce and for the chilli peppers themselves. It's pretty dumb to eat anything as a test of endurance; much better to savour the flavour and luxuriate within a glorious glowing warmth.Extremely hot, extremely rewarding.

Brilliant
I have used this for a few years now and I find it brilliant for adding heat to any recipe. Only one thing to remember is that you have to be very careful how much you add because once added you cannot take it out.

WOW what more can you say
From the front of the bottle it looks like one of those joke sauces that you think is going to be weak, but having had a bottle of this sauce a few years ago i thought i knew what i was getting. No i was wrong. It is hotter.I took the lid off and wow the smell is sweet with an after tone of vinagar then chilli.I then got a tooth pick and dipped in the bottle to taste..The first part was a taste of fresh pinapple thats were it stopped then a rush of fire from the back of my mouth to the front. The burn lasts for at least 30 mins.Recomend if you love chilli and a good sauce marks out of 10 for heat 20.My favourite meal is beans on toast with this sauce mixed in.Do not buy if you cant stand extreme heat, this is not in the same league as nandos xx hot piri piri. Nandos is more like ketchup compared to this.I do love the sweet pinapple taste then the punch of heat. All i can say is enjoy if you love taste and heat. Also this sauce is morish.

Perfect for the heat lovers
It's good flavour despite the heat level and you will be able to incorporate whatever level of spice you will need and you won't need too use a whole bottle every time you make a chilli
