I'm not sure how long the interest would last but it has the potential to be an interesting and useful gift.Gloves are not included so , while not necessary, you might want to purchase a pair separately for authenticity.Packs away neatly so easy to take with you on holiday.

Great at keeping you fit with fun too.
Have had something similar as these before (just the red ball variation) so new what to expect. These having 4 different colour balls all with a different range of squeeze power in the ball was great (red being the softest). I'm now able to go up in ball strength depending on which ball i choose to use. All in all a great fitness product, as bit time to get use to but once you have great fun and fitness to boot.

Simple, easy to use and effective.
I’m not thinking of training to be a boxer any time soon and this training ball has reassured me of the futility of trying! The headband fits perfectly. I left the cord at full length thinking it would give me more reaction time. It did, but it didn’t help. I hit it the first time to get it going-and that was the only time I hit it! I did wonder if it would concuss me if it came back and hit me on the head after inflicting a powerful blow to the ball. I needn’t have worried-it came nowhere near me, let alone my head!My grandson watched my feeble efforts and put on the other headband and showed me how it should be done.This aid is simple, well made and excellent value for money.The Hongteya training ball is certainly a great aid to budding boxers, or those who want to improve speed and reaction time. In my case my family love to see me training-it gives them a good laugh!

Great Christmas/birthday gift for a person who is looking to get more precision in their aim in boxing. Easily adjustable to fit any head size. There are different weight balls to adapt to the level you're at. 2 headbands so you either have a spare or can spar with a partner. Excellent value and quality.

Entertaining
It helps my kids to learn some coordination, it’s so much fun and yes you look like an idiot but who cares, eye on the ball and make perfect contact squarely in the ball, super fun and gets your heart rate up as well!
