I am totally pleased so far, as it has only been a day. Shipping and packaging was excellent. Installation was a breeze, plug it in, connect to your network, update Windows, and off to the races. A fair price for a good work computer. I found the wireless strong and without issues. The only issue I have is the keyboard. I don’t care for the bright lights that look like a Christmas tree that cannot be shut off, same with the lighted mouse. I would have preferred a basic keyboard and unlighted Bluetooth mouse. Other than that, it is perfect all around. Looks like brand new too.

I've had this PC for 3 months and LOVE IT!! Fast and easy set up! runs great! Keep in mind, this PC does not come with Bluetooth or card readers. You may want to purchase a usb hub due to limited ports on the tower. The tower is fairly small. Definitely recommend for the price

Reconditioning was excellent. This product was delivered in excellent condition with Windows 11 operating system installed. I replaced a tower with this smaller from factor and aside from the extra bays for additional hard drives I do not miss the old, larger computer. Performance of the computer is great for home. Has built in Bluetooth and WiFi. Keyboard and mouse of are of average quality. Used my previous and keyboard. Starts up quickly and has brisk performance for common tasks. All and all a great little home computer. Have had it now for one month without any problems. The reconditioner has its own tech support hot line (which I have not used) which should help if there are problems.

Computer arrived in a sturdy box with foam supporting it well inside the box. Condition of outer computer was clean and excellent. Came with mouse and keyboard. Start up went smoothly. Windows 11 wants to know who they're tracking so they ask for name, birthdate, and email address before the computer will even work. Computer may have been in a dirty environment. When opening up the DVD it was filled with dust. I am worried that I may get shorts on the boards in the future. Thought I was getting a full size Dell optiplex 360 but I got the SFF version instead. I wish they would have shared this in the description of the product because I would have gotten a different computer otherwise. Now I'm stuck with this thing.

As a long time, nerdy, desktop, computer builder, I am still shaking my head at what this price point can deliver. There is no way that I could put a computer together as nice as this one by buying the parts separately for anywhere near the price. When this unit arrived, it was ready to be initiated just like any new user would expect. The quality for this price just can’t be matched. After over a year and dearly constant use, this unit has been rock solid and without any problem or issue.

I waited to leave this review after having some time to use the computer so I can give an accurate response. The company is exceptional. The computer arrived promptly and it was packaged well. I had all my data transferred over by a local computer company and everything was good, with no issues. I have been using it every day since and I am extremely pleased overall! Thank you so much!!!

My Dell Inspiron 545 & HP Elite both have Windows 10. Most places I pay my bills at are rejecting me from their web site as my machines only have Windows 10. I wasn't about to shell out over a thousand US dollars for a brand-new computer, so I got this refurbished Dell 3060 that has Windows 11. For the price it does way more than my two other desktop PC's. I wasn't expecting it to handle two monitors at the same time. With this machine I can watch live streaming shows/movies at the same time while I pay my bills. AWESOME!! Machine was very clean inside & out. It is fully upgraded with maximum memory and no longer needs a CAT5 cable for the ethernet as it has Wi-Fi built in. Though one can use the ethernet. Loads up fast and has quiet cooling fans. I wasn't expecting anything more other than just the PC as the other items were not in the photos. But I got a new wireless mouse & wired keyboard, along with the power cord.

The computer came well packaged and ready to go. We purchased a refurbished computer, and I was a little nervous about what we would get. Turns out I had nothing to be worried about, the computer worked perfectly and I couldn’t tell this one apart from a new one. The setup was quick and simple and I was able to get connected to my WiFi without a glitch. The software updated and we were off! Video quality was fine for office use with our monitor. There were no compatibility issues with any of the peripheral devices. All in all it was a good purchase.
