Rich glimpse into a world largely unknown in the West
Beautiful book. Love the strong geometric designs of Caucasian carpets and textiles. A few of the examples in the books were too figural and curvilinear for me, but most were just my cup of tea. Generous, vivid color reproductions throughout. Even the art historical text is filled with large color examples. Worth the room on your bookshelf.
