I ordered 3 different products for my upcoming flight. This was the only one that came with all the pieces and/or working properly. So-winning there.In addition, the product is comfortable enough to limit discomfort and will likely aid in my sleeping on my red-eye. I have a smaller head circumference so I had to adjust a couple times and fit it a bit more snuggly to keep my neck from fatiguing. This might put some pressure on my nose bridge over time. But, unlike the neck pillows, I didn’t feel the cervical head thrust, wobble, and head tip. This will likely help with overall posture and lower back pain that results from slouching. It did take some practice to get the eye mask in the best position and the Velcro is loud-but effective. I will need to set up fully before takeoff to limit waking passengers with adjustments mid flight. It seems easy enough to then slide off head rest.

It worked perfectly! I used it to go back and forth to Spain. It strapped on easily and securely to the front part of the seat's headrest. It kept my head still. It blocked out the light and the TV screens. Excellent! I won't travel without it. I had an excellent sleep on the plane.

Great idea and helps to hold your head while taking a nap. Will not work on all seats, some seats don’t gave the head rest, without it. It has not hold. It can be difficult if you are short too… if the head rest is above your eye sockets.

Our family of 3 was headed to Japan, 12 hours to Osaka and 9 hours back from Tokyo. We’ve traveled a lot and tried many pillows, neck wraps etc over the years. We never like anything. But, these we LOVED! Not only do they keep you from the dreaded head bob shock wake, they provide a black out mask that makes it dark regardless of if it’s light, someone’s watching a screen or the plane has its lights on. I also found that it lessened the noise around me as it covered my ears. We all found it very comfortable and these will now be our go-to for long flights. The mask and backing are nicely padded. I didn’t find the mask hot or uncomfortable in any way.2 things to note, you have to remove the black fabric stuck to the Velcro on the sides, if you are sleepy you might get confuzzled by this. And when you pull the Velcro off one side to get out of the mask, it’s right over your ear and it can be loud. I learned to slip my hand over my ear to diminish the ripping sound of the Velcro when I took it off.

It’s like people look at you funny when you assemble it on the plane but you’re the one that walks off the tarmac having a goodnights rest and no neck ache. Size fits. Doesn’t overheat. Very adjustable. And doesnt put pressure on eyes.

I wanted to love this and I think it would be great for some. However, as I fell asleep my head tipped back and then down with my chin up and I ended up painfully contorted. It might have worked better coupled with a good neck pillow.

I used it on a 14-hour flight to New Zealand, and it worked great! I usually have problems sleeping on the plane, so I wasn't expecting to have a good sleep, but it kept my head from bobbing and moving around during the flight enough for me to get at least a minimal amount of rest, more so than with any of the other contraptions I've tried before. I've tried every type of travel neck pillows, but I found this one to be the most useful to me. I think comfort is all personal, but I found this device to be very comfortable. Because I usually get cold on flights anyway, I found it to be cozy. It kept the lights out of my eyes, and my head felt supported. The only thing I didn't enjoy was having to set it up it at the beginning of the flight and having to disassemble at the end, but that's to be given with any device you use on a flight. I really liked that it came with a bag so that I can fold it away when not in use. I was really impressed with how well the velcro kept my head in place the whole flight as well as in the our rental car. I will take this with me on every trip I take from this point on. I highly recommend this product!

Great product, one of my favorite travel purchases. Made my 6 hour flight in economy section so much more comfortable. I was actually able to get some sleep on the plane. It’s well made, comfortable support for head, ears and eyes, decreased noise and blocked light from eyes. Easy to use and great compact size for travel.
