They are Super Fun and they shoot pretty Far!
Over the summer a few years back, my husband and I had found something quite similar to these and all of our children had a blast, shooting, chasing, launching and loosing each and every one of the copters, I spent a long time trying to find replacements but couldn't, until I found these!I was overjoyed when I saw them and was hopeful they would be as sturdy as the originals. The ad is a tad confusing as it looks like it's saying you get two canisters with twelve copters each but it is in fact 6 per canister with two launchers, 12 and 4 in total. Now the biggest issue with these is finding a good place to play, because they shoot FAR! The best spot we have found is the empty athletic field near our house, but children being who they are and wanting to use a cool thing all the time (who wouldn't?) My son has a habit of taking these out in our yard which means they are being shot onto the neighbors roof, into backyards, streets, tree limbs never to be seen again, and at one point, misfired right into the trunk of a tree, which resulted in the immediate shattering of said copter. These have held up fairly well all things considered but it should be noted we did also have one copter snap in half as it was being pulled back to launch, so I cannot say if it was one bad item or if it was being mishandled. These are a very cool toy and I'll say they can be considered mildly dangerous if mishandled, the rubber band on the launcher is thick so it has a bit of power and snap to it when fired. A sweet feature of these is the LED lights which are great if you are playing outside at dusk and shoot this somewhere hard to spot, the light helps guide you to it. Overall this is one of those great summertime toys and wonderful memory makers, the joy of launching and retrieving over and over is not only joyous (it's a great way to tire your kids out) it's a perfect activity for the whole family.I'm not too sure if I'd recommend these as a gift simply because it is a kind of intense toy and some parents might not appreciate something that could cause black eyes, and broken windows.I do think it's a fantastically fun toy but I'm on the fence with durability as we've had more than a few of them break, but I will say they are worth picking up at least once to try them out, You'll have a blast, just make sure You have the space to shoot them!4 stars overall, and a blast to use! Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and I hope it can offer some insight or answer some questions :)

Slingshot Rockets, what more is there to say?
When I saw these, I knew I had to order them for my teen boys. They looked like a ton of fun and it would get them out of the house for a change. The rockets light up so they will be able to be found easily and they are so simple to use. I can't wait until the weather warms up and they can really take them out for a spin!

Blades broke easily, but so much fun
This slingshot helicopter set looked like a fun outdoor activity with my daughter, so I was excited to try it out.The set includes two tubes, which each contain 6 little dart-helicopters and two slingshots. There were also two replacement blades in each tube. They’re very simple, you just have to fold the blades along the lines provided and then use the hook at the base of the dart to launch it with the slingshot. It makes a whistling noise if you send it flying fast enough, and it was really fun to watch them come back down.We haven’t tried them at night just yet, but we played with the LED as the sun started to set and it was a very bright light. My daughter loved to see that the light spun along with the toy itself since it’s placed a little off center.I don’t know if we just played really hard but we found that the blades broke very easily. We had the folded end come off two of them, and another one got totally destroyed as it was launched. It seemed mainly to happen when we pulled the rubber band back as far as possible to try to make them fly higher, so I’d recommend being somewhat gentle on them to avoid damage. It’s a very simple toy, but in my experience the simple toys are often the best ones. My daughter had a blast once she got the hang of it. The rubber band from the slingshot snapped onto her hand as she was still getting used to how it worked. Normally something like this would discourage her from continuing, but I was pleased to see that the prospect of making these little guys fly was so appealing that she pushed through that initial discomfort. We had a blast playing with them; I can’t wait to take them to our local park and really let loose with them.
