Most of the negative reviews are about the watery type of coffee obtained. They blame the pods while they should be concentrated on the problem, which is using coarse ground coffee. There is some experimentation involved in order to get the best results: too coarse and the coffee will be watery, too fine and the filter may clog. Once you get it right, you will get a creamy, foamy, aromatic coffee. This product is worth every penny if you know how to use it.

I have to give it 5 stars because there's not really anything I can complain about. they do their job well. I load up a couple of scoops of coffee and it works like a charm. easy to load into the machine and getting it out of the machine is easy too, just push on the bottom. easy to clean. Saves me a ton of money.

Ayuda a ahorrar y cuidar el planeta, en su uso me sirve para café liofilizado, no es muy bueno para mezclas ya preparadas , no arrastra todo el producto , me imagino que por el tipo de filtro.

I bought these for my husband. He is really pleased with their performance, durability and their contribution to reduce waste. Coffee taste is not affected by using this product

If you use as they mention to make froth/foam it doesn't work at all. Even if I use little espresso, it doesn't make it espresso, just like water with Nescafe / american coffee.

it only works with coffeei can not use powder milk, chocolate or similaronly instant coffeeI couldnt use with other preparations
