I purchased a different screen before this one that was not retina display and i noticed that the quality was not the same as the original screen that comes with the iPhone 7 and when that phone screen broke I purchased a new one and I made sure that this time I was getting a retina display screen. And let me tell you that the screen is so clear and so high-quality just like the original if not better I don’t have the old one so I can’t compare anymore but let me tell you that the screen is outstanding. I would give this a five star review however there was one appears on the screen that was missing and I think it’s the dust blocker for the camera on the front facing screen however I was able to transfer that same missing piece from my old screen to this new one and it worked out totally fine. Overall the screen is amazing and I would totally buy this again if I ever cracked my screen.

Upon purchasing this item I was missing the small "Y" screwdriver from my parts kit. I contacted the seller and they had no problem sending me another kit at no charge. Once I had all the tools I needed, I followed a simple youtube tutorial and got the phone completely fixed in about 1 1/2 hours. The screen worked fine along with all the other components, the only small gripe I had was that the screen had a hardly noticeable yellow tint to it. Other than that, worked great and got the job done.

The suction cup is hard to use! And the rest of the tools I had to fix to use them but they eventually worked

The screen work great for about seven days then I had that Apple sign then after a week of diagnostic the screen was defected but I have change 40 screens and never have a problem better luck this time

ANY POTENTIAL BUYER!!! BUY EXTRA Y SCREWDRIVER!!! OR AVOID THIS KIT!!!I would give this 5 stars if would not be for the complete crap tri point screw driver in this kit... I can live with the fact that this did not come with a proper pry tool to get the screen off... for anyone that may get this kit be sure to have an EXTRA Y SCREWDRIVER AND A RAZOR BLADE!!! Would have never gotten the screen off if not for the razor blade... one I was almost done with everything and about to do the very last thing I needed to do, swap the home button, the POS y screwdriver broke its tip!!!! So irritating!!! Now I am going to have to go to a phone repair shop to finish the job... what I was trying to avoid all together!!!

I bought this screen replacement about 6 months ago and finally was able to replace the screen after my son dropped the phone again. I found no problem with the replacement screen. Directions were great for disconnecting but there are no directions reconnecting the cables with the dust screen already in place. Without the correct tools it will be very easy to rip the cabling.

Everything works and the supplied tools are fine BUT it needs to ship with a magnifying glass of some sort. Dang those screws are tiny!

Once I installed the screen vertical black lines showed up on it and won’t go away.
