It took hours of thinking broken & frustrated, only to discover the sides you think are broken are the ones you need to engaged and lock 1st, was ready to return until realised. Fabulous cot once set up with plenty storage.

This cot arrived defective - the long sides/rails do not lock in place. It is a waste of time and energy. It is very heavy, so you have to carry and return it yourself. There is no pick up return option even though the cot is defective.
