The color came as very light grey , unlike the picture shown with rich grey and it is NOT even compleately paint finished. There are bits of areas still showing the base wood colors. I ended up buying extra sealer to finish the paintint part. Vey disappointing...

Not likely to last (as a usable chair) beyond a single summer
I guess the low quality was expected given the price, just hoped for better. Disappointing that $100 Is the expected bottom end for quality with these chairs.

An expensive piece of junk
What a piece of junk! I ordered this chair because of its quick arrival for mother’s day, and I really can’t believe I spent $100 on this. If possible, I would send it back. If I saw it in the store, I would laugh at the price. I would say it’s worth about $40. I have seen and sat in many Adirondack chairs, and let me tell you folks, this ain’t it!. First off, it’s small, it’s flimsy, it’s very lightweight, like it’s made out of balsa wood, and the paint job is pure crap. I really can’t imagine it withstanding more than one year before it splits all to death. Oh yes, and I’m absolutely positive I picked the brown color, but I got the gray one, and it said gray on the invoice as well. Not sure what happened there! But that snafu aside, please save your money and don’t get this chair! There are some great quality products coming out of China these days, but this is just laughable. I can’t believe that some folks gave it a half decent review! Update - After literally 3 DAYS, the chair is cracked in 3 different places! And get this, nobody sat in it!!

The wood on one of the seats cracked and broke in half the first time my average-sized husband sat on it. They arrived as boxes full of sticks that took forever to assemble and now it's past the return period. The color is beautiful, but they don't appear to have any protective lacquer to prevent them from being ruined outdoors.
