This eye mask not only works well, but is really cute! I had been heating up eye masks in the microwave twice a day. Now that I have this awesome eye mask, I just set it on medium for 20 minutes, and relax! Highly recommend!

I purchased it due to my dry eyes per doctors recommendation, it works super fast , feels very soothing and easy to use but I expected it to cover a bigger area also the zipper placement could have been a bit more hidden it can be a bit annoying after a few minutes. What I was looking for and would recommend but wish it was a bit bigger.

I had been using one that had to be heated in the microwave, and it cooled off quickly. This one stays warm for the time setting you choose. It is very effective for my dry eye condition.

Edit to add: After this review the retailer reached out and rectified the problem. Five stars for customer service! Fits my eyes nicely. The strap is very comfortable and adjustable. However, the heating is not consistent. High will sometimes barely get warm during a 20 minute session and other times it gets so hot I have to take it off for fear of damaging the skin around my eyes. Often only one area of the mask gets warm, while another area doesn’t heat at all. Then the next day it works just fine. If I were you, I would hunt for another option.

This heated eye mask is amazing. It really helps me to relax and my eyes feel better, after putting in my eye drops, then massaging my eyes with the mask on, makes them less dry. Great for tired eyes too.

I ordered the Kovnlo Heated Eye Mask in gray. Its controls are straight forward: Temps H M or L and timer with auto shut off has a good range of choices (10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 minutes.) I have an average size female head and love that this heated mask isn't too big - covers between my eyebrows to just below eyes; both mask & strap are comfortable with adjustor on the side. I like the medium heat setting and that you can spritz it with water for moist heat as recommended by my eye doctor. The plush fabric is on the side away from the eyes but the woven cotton against the eyes is best anyway. Cord is sufficiently long and long. Have been using it every day for a week+ with no issues.
