Great All-in-One Cleaning Solution
Pros:+ Excellent for cleaning smooth hard floors+ Easy to use and maneuver+ Simple to maintain and clean after use+ Powerful enough for most cleaning tasks+ Works well for both wet and dry cleaning+ Comes with a handy docking station for storageIncludes a multi-surface cleaning solutionCons:- Slightly less effective on carpets and area rugs- Can be a bit heavy to carry around- The water tank could be larger for longer cleaning sessions- The cord, while long, may still be inconvenient for some users- The noise level is a bit high during operationReview:We absolutely love the Bissell Crosswave Turbo Vacuum Mop! It has become an essential part of our cleaning routine. Every time we use it, it picks up an impressive amount of dirt and debris from our floors, leaving them spotless. It excels at cleaning smooth hard floors, making them shine with minimal effort. While it does a decent job on carpets and area rugs, it’s not quite as effective as on hard surfaces, but it still gets the job done for light cleaning. The cord is long enough to cover our entire apartment without needing to switch outlets, which is a big plus. Maintenance is a breeze—emptying the tank and cleaning the brush roll is straightforward and hassle-free. The included docking station is a nice touch for keeping everything organized, and the multi-surface cleaning solution works well, especially since we have pets. Overall, this vacuum mop has made cleaning so much easier, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile all-in-one cleaning device!

Great
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is the best product in this price range for tile floors. I wish it was a little heavier so it had a tad more scrubbing power, but people complain about the weight. This is the third one I’ve bought, because these work so well. I can usually get about 3 years out of one before it starts losing suction power. You have to make sure you clean the unit out after each use and it will last a while. I don’t even look at the other brands when shopping, I go straight for the crosswave!

Cleans well but very loud
Pros: water tank is large enough that I can easily clean all the floors on my 1st level on one tank, and usually the bathroom floors. It's easy to use as long as you can work a vacuum. It worked nice to clean up some spots on my area rug where the cat had overindulged in his breakfast, but not a replacement for the deeper clean with a Bissel little green. This was more just to make sure I got everything cleaned up. I like that it has a plastic mat to sit on, and has a brush cleaning cycle so that you don't have to do that manually. It's lightweight and the buttons are easy to operate.Cons: the cord is rather short and it connects at the bottom of the unit, which is really annoying and gets in the way. there is a hook to hang the cord higher as you work, but it usually falls off. It is LOUD. It's a very high pitched noise and have to wear ear protection when using it. This is the main reason I deducted one star.Overall it works well for my needs, keeping the laminate wood flooring clean with 3 pets. Used weekly to keep things fresh, especially in winter or muddy seasons.

YOU. NEED. THIS. -mom of 8 dogs
This is an absolute life saver with 8 dogs! I literally cannot live without this. I have 2 currently (one on each level of my home). I’ve bought 5 total of these because they usually last me about a year with daily use. I make sure to always have two because once you own one of these, not having it is not an option. It turns a 3 step process into one easy step. No more sweeping hair as it flies around. Then using mop water which gets dirty quickly and turns into you just putting dirty water on your floor and waiting forever for it to dry. With this, it sucks up hair, dirt, dog food, etc. Then applies CLEAN water with floor cleaner and dries it immediately. When I say I cannot live without this, it is no exaggeration. If you’re reading this and you have kids and/or pets, you absolutely need this. The amount of time this will save you is insane.Tips: I use disinfectant type cleaner mixed with water in the reservoir as opposed to their specific cleaner because it’s expensive and doesn’t kill germs. Also, be sure to thoroughly clean this every use. The parts are not dishwasher safe. I learned this the hard way. No biggie, they’re easy enough to clean by hand. It doesn’t get right up to the wall/ molding so I use a swiffer wet every few times to do the corners/ edges. Overall, the amount of time and work this saves you is life changing.

Disgusted (in a good way)
I find this worth the price (and I've sucked up about everything with this thing). There are two asthmatics in my household and a dog. I regularly clean the house, and this helps take less time. I still use a regular vacuum for the edges every several weeks (just to be thorough). The cord is relatively short, but it wraps cleanly around the body of the mop/vac. The components aren't that hard to clean (as every cleaning tool needs to be cleaned as well). For vacuums, it's the canister and the air filter, but you also have to cut off fibers from the roller. Rinsing the canister is easy, and cleaning the parts is just like a couple extra dishes to wash. The self-clean does a lot for clearing the roller of things you'd rather not touch and keeping the inner parts clear. I'm so glad that the dirt is not still on my floor or in the air for my family to breath in.

Cleans great!
I have been using my Bissell mop for about a week now. So far, I'm very happy. My tile has "pock" marks throughout and rough edges along the grout line and regular mops leave dirt in them. The brush on the Bissell gets the dirt out of those areas. I know it is picking up dirt because of how dirty the water is when I empty the canister after mopping. Regular mops just push around dirty water which settles in the rough spots. Between the rotating brush and the vacuum, all the dirt gets lifted away from the floor. It's easy to clean after use as well. I have owned a similar product in the past and liked it a lot as well. This one sis sturdier, has better suction and it's made in the USA which I like.
