75% of the reviews report that it doesn't fit...Trust them..
So 3 of the 4 reviews all mention the same exact thing. They don't fit. Yes I understand that you are supposed to put them in your bars then you use the mechanism that starts to expand the plug part to make it tight in your bars. However, even with the expanded part all the way constricted it will not fit in my Niner bars. Like I even just took that part off to see if I could get it their without anything in the middle, but nope. The expanded part is also cheap plastic too so it eventually just crumbled in my 4th attempt to try to get it in the bars. The expandable part of this product really needs to be re-worked. When 3 of the 4 current reviews all say it doesn't fit then you can't just assume that 75% of the people that bought it are just idiots and cannot figure it out or we have some weird one off brand bars. The one dude had Enve bars. I have niner carbon bars. These are two bigger name brands. The mechanism is so crappy i didn't even try to put the reamer in. I've never needed a reamer anyways when using plugs so it doesn't matter. So read this review and save yourself some money.. Just buy the Genuine Innovations one for like 8 bucks. It's 1/3 price, 1/2 weight (yes I weighed them both). The bacon strips are smaller with the GI version and you don't have a handy way to store it in your bar end but it works just fine.Pro:looks?bacon strips are biggerCons:- doesn't fit in what appears to be 75% of the reviews bars so far- expander mechanism is brittle plastic @#$- Twice the weight as competitor (for you weight weenies)- expensive compared to competition- have to modify it to make it fit kind of half azzed.I wanted to like this product because I like to support fellow racers, but I'd skip this one if you are reading this review.

These fit great in my Easton Haven carbon bars
I picked these up after flatting and not having a spare tube in my pack. As I was walking back to my truck I promised myself to pick up a plug kit. These fit great in my Easton Haven carbon bars. Before your order, make sure to measure the inside Diameter of your bars to verify these will fit. These installed easily and hold tight with no worry of getting loose and falling out during riding. The included plugs are pretty long, so I cut them in half. On my first ride with these, I got a small leak that my sealant wouldn't stop. I installed a plug and it worked great! I was able to finish my ride, and the plug has stopped the leak. I am so impressed I'll probably pick up another set or two for my other bikes.

Massive plugs and reemer. And don't crash
First off, great idea. Saves space and makes plug kit more accessable. But, if you're going to do it, do it right. These are way oversized for a bicicle. They're more on the lines of a car tire puncture. Unless you're riding in a field of large metal spikes, these are definitely oversized. They also don't last long, especially if you crash. Mine were on their way out, tearing around the reemer when I crashed. The endcap got ripped clean off. Had to use pliers to get them out. Great idea, but I'm going to look elsewhere for my next plug kit.

Crafty use of spaces on a bike and works to plug holes
I've always thought the hollow places in bike stems and/or cranks could be utilized for something. Now I see products are starting to use those spaces. This being one of them. These can fit in the bar ends of most handlebars but I ended up putting mine in the hollow space on my XT crank. It seems to work.I have used these to plug a few holes and the plugs work. I run tubeless tires and wheels.I don't find the file tool to be useful at all. It is not sharp or coarse enough to work.

Not compatible with Token CF bar
I really liked the fact that you stash it in the bike. Unfortunately, it does not fit in my Token CF bar on my hardtail. The outer 1" of the bar has a large enough internal diameter to fit a bar plug, but then the ID gets smaller and this tool won't go in far enough. Might try to modify the lock ring so it'll fit, or just put it on another bike. If you have an aluminum bar, you'll be fine.

Simple and effective
Great idea and works well... does the job and tucks away neatly in the bars when not needed. Would be nice to have something that slips on to either the reemer or insertion tool to secure a few spare tire plugs in with the tools but I ride with a little lezyne bag and just tossed the tire plugs in there so no big deal.

Great idea for adding to bike kit
This is a great kit, my only disappointment is that the in handlebar bout does not work with the industry standard "lock on" grips. I had to shave down the end plugs. A quick redesign would solve this.

Fit in carbon fiber race face handle bars
Could be a little stronger
