I buy fresh eggs from a coworker and wanted a better way to get them home than a cardboard carton since I have a 45 minute commute. This egg box seems very sturdy, the eggs I tested fit well, and the latch mechanism seems solid. I also appreciate the way it's designed to stack in a stable way if I were to get another one. However, I must have been tired when I ordered it as a lightning deal because I somehow missed that it's for 10 eggs, not 12. That is really the only design flaw, because you can't cleanly transfer a carton of eggs to this box. It was right in the product description though, so I'm not docking stars. If this company were to decide to make a box with the same design features to hold 12 eggs I would totally buy it, but I doubt I would buy any more that just hold 10.

I really like that I can put this egg container on any side and all the eggs stay safe and where they are suppose to. I didn't notice that it only holds 10 eggs until I was filling it up but I don't mind since then it just takes up less space in my fridge anyway.Update 4/12/2020I'm still using this. It has held up quite well. We store it vertically to save space and it has worked wonderfully for us.

This is a great egg storage container that doesn't take up a lot of space in the refrigerator since it has two storage containers and it stacks. When one is empty, it can be separated from the other. Easy to clean and very useful...especially for deviled eggs. I heartily recommend this eggs tray.

I bought this to put in the cooler for camping, the snaps do not hold and therefore filled with water/ice. However, the eggs did not break, although would not buy again.

The clip on the side holding container broke off one side after a week and other side won't clip close.

our eggs come in cartons of 12.. oh well, product is well made, locking tabs get in the way if you're only going to use it in the house refrigerator. for camping or transporting eggs I would think the locking tabs would be beneficial.10 EGGS only - my bad , that's in the product description

Very pleased with my purchase! We just purchased a new KitchenAid refrigerator. To my disappointment, a regular egg carton would not fit in the refrigerator compartment on the door. This product fit it perfectly. I purchased a second one to place on top of the other. Even though I cannot close the flip down door with two, it still works great.

I guess I just assumed it was for a dozen eggs and didn't notice it was only for 10 (that's on me) but it still works great. I use it to store my boiled eggs so they are in a different container. It can store on its side so takes up less space. So far does what it is intended ...holds eggs.
