Grandson thrilled to bits with them

I ordered these for my son who likes football cards. I chose the silver option as he likes 'shinies'.These come in a nice box and you get 55 in total. The quality of them is good - it's a nice thick card. Although the metallic nature of them give them quite a rough feel, which is something to bear in mind if your children are sensitive to this kind of texture.You get various players. Each card has their name and the club badge and... well... erm... 4 numbers at the bottom. We checked on the box to see what these numbers could mean. We checked on the listing but it doesn't say. Could one be goals? International appearances? Some kind of ranking? Absolutely no idea which just left my son feeling a bit deflated.These are just cards, not stickers, so they're good for trading or just collecting, if we knew what the numbers meant we could also learn some facts about these players too.So it's a bit odd, 3 stars in total as it seems bizarre to have included some kind of stats but not actually enlighten anyone as to what these mean.

My kids collect a lot of other brand football cards so we were very pleased to get these cards to add to their collection. My son was super excited that he got so many cards. Quality of the cards is really very good however, apart from this there is nothing much. The cards do have random numbers which we believe are some sort of ranking / stats but there is no detail of what each number represents. This was very disappointing as kids can only keep the cards but can't play top trumps with it.Only thing which can be done is to keep them in your collection book and that's it.Pricewise, these are good as you get 55 cards for £7 but I'd rather spend my money on cards with detailed statistics and rankings.Hope you find this review helpful.
