I thought I bought the new bible but it’s not it’s a used bible

This particular Bible is translated from the same manuscript the King James Bible's translators used. This is closer to the English translation of the Bible from English can find. Do not be fooled by the modern translations the Philippines Bible Society is putting out in the market right now, like the Tagalog Popular Version, this one is translated from the Good News Bible translation. Tagalog Ang Biblia is derived from the same manuscripts the KJB used, which are the Masoretes and Textus Receptus. The newest Tagalog versions are from the Alexandrian manuscripts that were corrupted by the copyists from Egypt ( Alexandria). So, please do your research before buying any "Tagalog Bible " , it has to be this old version if you have to learn from God's Word in this particular dialect.

The Philippine translation used Bible I received was in very good condition with no marginal notes, as expected in used Bibles. However, it was not the Tagalog dialect as advertized, but another completely different dialect not understandable to the recipient. Apparently there are over 80 separate dialects spoken in the Philippine islands, but Tagalog is their most universal dialect. The vendor promptly returned my money and emailed a pre-paid label for me to use to return the Bible, which I did. They promised to be on the lookout for a Tagalog-dielect Bible to send me. I was very pleased with their prompt response.
