Having never worn lifts before, this took a little while to get use to. Initially It made my shoe fit a bit tight and uncomfortable. After some continues wear around the house and streaching the shoe . The fit became a little more comfortable. I have a wide foot and found purchasing a shoe a half size up really makes it more comfortable. I will not suggest adding the additional lift if you are going to wear them with low top gym shoes or casual shoes. Your back heal will have a tendency to pop out due to the extra lift. Wearing high top or boot shoes fixed that problem for me. Over all I am very satisfied with this product and would order again.

Does work as promised. A bit uncomfortable across the top of the foot pressing into the top of the shoe - and best used with boots, as the heel is too obvious in regular shoes. Overall a good product for what it is and I'm not sure what they could do to change it ... just be aware of these things if you buy it.

Does it make me taller? Yes a little bit but although I don’t feel taller. I think you guys should experiment with the 3 inch while being able to keep the shoes comfortable

Well, I guess they technically work, but they are so large and bulky it’s impossible to fit them into a normal shoe. It forces your heel so high that I’m honestly not sure what type of shoe you’d be able to wear them with other than a boot.
