I recently bought a cupping kit and I love it! The cups are sturdy and easy to use. The instructions were clear, and I had no trouble getting started. After a few uses, my dad’s muscles felt much more relaxed and less sore. It’s affordable, effective, and perfect for beginners. Highly recommended!

The cupping capability of this device works, but the red light and heat are both very weak. I’m not even sure the red light is truly red light (it looks like tiny bulbs covered by a red cover). The heat settings barely warms at max temperature.If device has trouble holding to an area such as the back, where it needs really strong grip. Even at max setting, it feel like it will fall off because the weight of the device isle is too much.If someone else is going to use this on you, the cupping setting will do, but you’re limited to where you send reach if you’re using it in yourself.

Ive had a sore rotator cuff from pickleball for about 4 months now and nothing has really worked as far as remedies. I was told its difficult to heal cus there is a limited amount of blood flow to the joint. So since I wasnt going to give up playing pickleball anytime soon, a friend who is big into lifting weights and is around 50 yo like me said that cupping could help get the blood flowing. I really didnt know what to expect and have to admit that when i got the package I was expecting something a lot more complicated. But once i hit the power button this thing went to work and it actually kinda hurt on level 3 (it works from level 1-10). Its a good 20 minutes session once you get over the weird suction feeling you can literally feel the blood circulate to the area. Whats great is there is literally nothing else you have to do. I just sit there and watch TV or even type on my laptop and it does its thing. Im hoping a couple more sessions and I will have hopefully saved myself a lot of time and money going to the doctor. Either way, Im keeping this and thinking about getting 1 or 2 more to accompany it!

I tried, But I could not get it to work. I watched video. Maybe I am not too smart. Lol

The only downside is that I have to keep holding it or use a pillow or chair to hold it for me because the suction is not continuous, it goes on and off. Other than that I love it! It is helping to heal my muscle problems so far.

Used it few time and worked great and feel great. Needed some assistance to put it on the right spot but it was easy.

Worked well for a few months of light use, then suction failed. I'm outside the Amazon replacement window, so it's a bummer that it failed.
