A SENSE OF FREEDOM! MY EARS HAVE WINGS!Though I have enjoyed Banglijian behind-the-ear hearing aid devices for more than five years, I decided to upgrade to an “in the ear” product and so ordered this tiny rechargeable model. It arrived the next day from Amazon!I was struck by the beautiful design of the charging container, especially the aesthetic shape and color of the box itself (you might call it adorable—the compact size, the pretty little mirror within!) I found the devices to be already charged and after reading the User Guide I carefully placed the devices into my ears. A sense of freedom! Not having a weight behind my ears or a plastic line coming into my ears. Easier at once to use with eyeglasses! Also, I could hear a sharp and clear resonance of the sounds around me at that moment. Piano being played by my husband. The whoosh of the dishwasher.Clarity and volume are such a positive!I’m now learning how to use the single, easy to press control button to determine the best volume for the environment I am in, and how to adjust the amplification to the circumstances. The added benefit is having the protective box itself be a “power bank” which will hold energy for charges even when the device is not plugged in! (Also very easy to tell by indicator lights when the devices AND the power box itself are fully charged.)Above all, I find this new level of clarity picks up many sounds not available to me before, such as the “ding” of a text coming in! Or of the microwave indicating my cup of tea is hot. My husband must appreciate my not saying “Louder please!” or of my asking him “What? I missed what you said.”I do want to mention that this model is not invisible in the ear (as some smaller models seem to advertise) but is visible as discreet square skin-colored module in each ear. All in all, a positive upgrade to earlier models, a beautiful invention to allow me to listen to the beauty of music, wind song, and the voices of those I love. These hearing devices are perfect for those with moderate hearing loss. I had trouble with voices sounding "mumbled". Like anything new it will take a bit of time to get used to them. If you follow the instructions and have patience you will have no problem. The booklet you receive with product is clear and concise. Customer service is great. Affordable and user friendly hearing aids. I can easily give them five stars!

Couldn’t fit correctly due to my ears being too small.

As with the excellent quality of all Banglijian devices we have evaluated, this one is no exception.The audio is “vivid”, clear and well-balanced. The control button is responsive and located in the optimal place for a device this small, feedback is nearly non-existent (except, occasionally, when removing/replacing device — which is to be expected). It is very comfortable, and, as expected, does not interfere with eyeglasses. The user guide is clear and logically laid out. The charger is wonderfully designed for ease of use and charging is intuitive, easy, fast and the device holds its charge very well. The devices magnetically snap right into the charger so it’s right the first time and every time. The price is quite reasonable for this level of quality — a superb bargain, actually. As always, Banglijian customer service is exceptional, courteous, and responsive. This another superior product from Banglijian!I have only one sensible caution for customers: It is important to maintain good hygiene — keep the dome and the inside of the ear clean to provide the needed friction to keep it in place.Once again, I give a hardy “Thank you” and five stars to Banglijian for providing quality devices, and for the continuing evolution and enhancements with each new generation. As I alluded to above, this device is no exception to Banglijian’s tradition of fine craftsmanship and helpful customer service. Well done, Banglijian!

I returned them, as they were not what I had expected. Looking for something smaller and more discrete.

I cannot give an honest opinion because they were too big for my ears even though they were smaller than some Ive tried. Holding them in my ears however they seem to work very well,so sorry I wish they had of worked for me.

I love these hearing aids. It is the second time I have purchase hearing aids from this company. The first ones still work (after 3 years) but they are the type that fits over the ear. I thought they were great until I got this pair that sits inside the ear. I put them on yesterday and was fixing dinner. I put some rolls in the microwave to warm; when they finished, I heard a ding! I had never heard it ding. I had just assumed all these years that it did not have an indicator bell!I have tried other brands of hearing aids that sit inside the ear, but they were to big for my ears and the volume adjustment was just to hard - a small screw that you turn AFTER you take it out of your ear - no way to tell if it is correct until you put it back in.These hearing aids have a button to push to raise or lower the volume while you are wearing the hearing aids. This makes it easy to adjust in different environments. They do take some getting used to but I have been wearing them a little longer everyday so that now I can wear them almost all day.My over the ear hearing aids were a bother when wearing sunglasses. Now I don't pull my hearing aids off when I take off my glasses!

Bought for my Dad. Easy to use, but lots of feedback. More of an amplifier. He tried them for 3 weeks and still didn't care for them. Returned them, no problem.
