Exceeds expectation
Does a great job at a value price. Regularly run it at 6500 rpm. I start at 1000rpm then ramp up to 6500 in order to limit the initial shock the fan would feel going straight to 6500 rpm. Highly recommend

Poor Quality
Doesn't last very long. Thought this was an investment but already need new one.

Chip fan FTW
Great little chip fan for the money. Spin it up and the fan does all of the work.

These work great. I like to add a dab of loctite o to the secrews that hold the pin in for the fan. Other than that they work awesome.

Better than expected
This tool is a fraction of the cost of similar tools. I was nervous about the quality given the low price. The quality is fantastic for the price. The tube it came in says the recommended RPM is 500-1000. This must be a typo of some sort as 1000 RPM doesn’t even open the fan completely. I’m running at 5500 right now and it’s holding together. I’ve been very impressed. It clears away the coolant and chips very well. If you decide to run it faster than the directions on the tube indicate, I suggest starting at 1000 RPM and ramping it up so as to reduce the shock on the blades.

Didn't expect mu k , but I was surprised !
Seen this type of tool around , but pricier ! Got one and included it in my process before taping holes on parts and after finishing and it worked great ! Liked it so much I bought a second one for my other machine !

Collet installed wrong
The collet is supposed to snap into the cap of the tool holder and then threaded onto the holder, you have the guy putting the collet into the bottom of the tool and then putting the cap on, and that’s just totally wrong, collet snaps into the cap and then put on the bottom and then the tool goes in the collet and you make it tight, just a heads up there the tool will pull out of the holder doing it the way it’s shown in the video. Bighp shows the way!
