Bigger than expected!
These are bigger containers than I expected. I will be purchasing more. I like them and use them camping also.

Stainless steel food containers
Exactly as described.nice solid 4 piece nesting metal food storage containers with snap on lids unsure exactly what the metal used is for these it seems to be too thin to be stainless.So I think it's aluminum coated tin.they sound like tin to me.but these work well for storage. you can freeze these and refrigerate as well;but can't use in the microwave.these are great for marinating meat in,or for storing salads &fruit.im impressed with these food storage containers.

Great Storage Containers
I LOVE these! They stack well in the cupboard. I have stacked the containers on top of the covers and they fit well in the cupboard. The stainless steel makes them non-toxic for storing food (unlike plastic containers) and the covers seal well. Because they are stainless, you could even use them for baking something in the oven or for heating up food in the oven. You CANNOT use them in the microwave, but why would you want to use the microwave in the first place, since it destroys all the nutrition in your food?

The containers themselves are well made, but the lids don't fit very well. It takes a bit of work to get them to fit squarely so you can snap them closed. They don't line up easily.

FANTASTIC SET
Great size, color, and material! Great space to store food! I do tons of food prepping so these were a very exciting set to try out. Seals well and is lightweight for the most part! Long lasting easy clean set!
