I purchased these after seeing far too many ads for it and it does not disappoint. It makes it super easy to get in daily vitamins and can be taken on an empty stomach unlike many other multi-vitamins. I prefer the mango flavor better but the raspberry is not bad either. One bottle lasts about a month and it really helps with immunity.

The taste & texture is similar to cough syrup so it was really hard for me to take every day. Also have to watch your levels on vitamin B because I was consuming too much while taking it. I took it for almost a month so I can’t really give a review on effectiveness but I did get it for my postpartum hair loss and didn’t see any improvement
