So I love the concept and have been running with my hydro sleeve for several months now. The only thing I'm really disappointed in is that I ordered the size for my upper arm, but as the months have gone by and I've started to put more muscle on, I now find it hard to close the band. I'm a female that has lost over 40 pounds of weight from running and the gym and I didn't expect my upper arms to change so much. I really wish the band allowed for adjustments so that you could get a one size fits most and the band could go from small to medium to large. (Not that I expect to need a large but it would be nice for those who might be in need.) The only option is to pay an additional 44 dollars (current Amazon price) for a new sleeve which doesn't make me happy. I would advise that you buy a size up to make room for any changes you might go through if you are on an intense workout routine. If it were not for the band, I'd give it 5 stars as it is a great idea and gives me just the amount of water needed and always stayed in place while running or Kangooing.-UPDATE- Talk about customer care....so I left this review and the founder actually called me and is going to fix my problem. He is shipping me a medium and an extra bladder. (I only got one when I bought it the first time and I thought it only came with one bladder and 2 valves but I was wrong.) Apparently this is a start up company- not a mass produced item from some warehouse- and the founder actually cares about you getting the most from his product. You really don't see that type of care often. I am so impressed that I want to update my review. After speaking with him I found out that most people order the medium and even those who have smaller diameter arms will benefit from it. As such I would recommend that if you are thinking about a small that you instead get the medium.With this correction, I expect to have a long life from my new Hydrosleeve and I now do recommend this product and this company.

My wife and I have been using our Hydrosleves for a couple years now and we absolutely love them!From time to time depending on the level of impact it can slide down my arm a bit, but it's easy to adjust without stopping my run.I use it for trail running, in the gym, and on the street.Recently all our original bladers broke, and I was not able to find replacements for sale, but after contacting the manufacturer, the owner of the company shipped me a huge supply of new bladers and nipples completely free of charge!I highly recommend this product!

First of all, I love this product. I hate carrying anything when I run, so having this balance my phone arm band on the other arm is awesome. I live in a hot dry climate, so little sips are vital to continue a run in summer. My arm is 11.5” at the bicep, weak little girl arms. The smallest size fits around with room to adjust and tighten. It comes with two bladders and two bite valves, so I like that also.Here are the reasons I only gave four stars:1-The soft loop material of the Velcro closure is already deteriorating and causing loose fit sometimes. I have had it only about 2 months and don’t run daily (2-4x per week). The other parts seem to be higher quality. This material takes the most stress and wear but should last longer than 2-3 months.2-The bladder and valve also have a weird taste I haven’t been able to get rid of despite washing thoroughly many times.3-The rough hook side of the Velcro is slightly fatter than the stretched soft side causing it to scratch and irritate the soft under arm skin. I end up adjusting it a few times as I sip water and the weight changes.4- If the bladder was a bit fatter it would still fit in the zipper pouch (I’ve been storing my mask in there while out on the trail) and give me about 2oz more. This would be a vast improvement.Overall though, it’s awesome and I would buy again, especially if they made product adjustments to fix these issues.

it's great idea.how I was running without it before???I'm running in the morning usually during summer time (not a winter runner), so on my rout there is one drinking fountain, that I used to use in the middle of the distance. it feel like kinda nice to have a bit more water but didn't want to carry any bottle with me. but this year I started running earlier in a spring and fountain wasn't activated yet. so I was extremely happy that I bought it before. it keep me hydrated and hands free.I'm running only about 20 minutes (2 miles) in the morning and for me it holds enough water.usually even brings some back home, but depends on outside temperature. didn't try in hot summer yet. maybe nothing would be left at the end.I ordered small size but I think medium would be much better. in small I don't have any room to adjust it, because it right on the edge of size for me.other than that I'm very satisfy and definitely recommend to any runner (or any other sport).

I was excited when it arrived today. I quickly took it for a quick run test drive. Ouch. Bad idea.First, I had to strain my neck to reach the valve to drink from it while running. The valve is too short or should be up higher. The Arm band is starting to irritate the inside of my arm ( thats with minimal arm swing when I run) The arm band is pinching the some inside arm skin and rubs it on my t-shirt causing irritation. When sweat hits the irritated skin, it stings like hell. Did the makers actually test this with runners before they sold it?UPDATE: I'm increasing from 1 star to 3 stars. I moved the Hydrosleeve to my right arm. I can reach to drink better than from my left side. I covered my arm with my tshirt sleeve to prevent the rubbing.

I didn’t want to run with bottles and hydrosleeve looked as a great option!! It took a while to arrive to Toronto, but it was worth the wait! Great quality, convenient, enough water for my 10k runs! Also my iphone 8 fits perfectly into the case! Overall happy with the purchase!
