This is a fun and useful cookbook, if you like all things tropical, which I do! Being a Parrot Head this is a perfect cookbook for me. Recipes are easy and cocktails are included. I also enjoy following it's FaceBook page.

I am not a big cookbook fan, but I have used this one. The recipes sound good and taste even better. Fairly simple and focus on caribbean crock pot cooking. Irie.
