this is a great salt alternative if you can tolerate potassium
this works great to add saltiness to dishes without the sodium. if you are watching your salt for blood pressure or other medical condition ( I have ESRD) malesure you check if you need to restrict potassium, because that's basically what this is.for me, I'm on dialysis and I a tually have to supplement t potassium so this kills two birds for me.one warning... if you use too much it Will have an aftertaste. an unpleasant one. what I usually do is use maybe a quarter of the salt called for and then supplement with this. that way I hit the level of saltiness I want without the aftertaste. obviously, you'll have to experiment to find out what your tolerance is.overall, this product is a life-saver

A very good substitute for salt.
A bit metallic tasting but I got used to it. A very good substitute for salt. I was very happy to find it since I have high blood pressure.

No salt is good salt
My husband has been put on a restrictive diet…..low salt….this product does the trick, I can add it to my recipes and you cannot tell the difference….yet it is safe for him….

I have been using No Salt for several years now. I cannot distinguish a difference in taste between No Salt and salt.

Product Damaged
I received a box with the salt inside and it was full of salt and spilling out of the box making a mess in the post office and my car. The top of the salt shaker had come off allowing the spill. Should have been sent more securely. The salt shaker was over half empty by the time I opened the box and dumped the spillage. The top is broken so I cannot shake the salt instead it pours out. Not happy!

Good alternative to salt!
I use this No Salt all the time( to reduce my salt intake) but, I am having a harder time finding it in the grocery store so, I ordered online. It takes a little while to get use to it over salt( kind of like getting use to diet drinks over the regular sodas) but, it’s a good substitute.
