interesting recipes
i was waiting anxiously for this book and while some of the recipes are interesting, and i can't wait to try them, i was also a little disappointed. The description sounds like you get two free books with your purchase that's not exactly true. The extra books are downloads after scanning a qr code. Had i known this ahead of time i most likely would not have purchased the book. The only reason I am not sending this back is because it was purchased with an insurance wellness coupon.

Managing your diabetes
You can learn more about diabetes with this book, the different types, and how you can manage your diabetes. This cookbook is recipes that are low carb and low sugar. There are a lot of easy, simple recipes that has the instructions, directions and nutritional value. I wish it had color photos, but still a good cookbook for someone who has diabetes. You don't have to give up taste just because you have diabetes, you can even have desserts with this cookbook.

Diabetic cooking
I love that the recipes are all quick, easy, delicious and healthy. There is a wide variety of recipes included in the book and so far we have loved everything that we have tried. Since they are so quick to make, they are perfect for those busy week days. My son really liked the banana ice cream.

Cookbook isn’t bad for a beginner cookbook. Some of the recipes are either missing ingredients, or ingredient are listed that aren’t included in the recipes.

Informative with easy recipes
Recently diagnosed type2 here so have to strictly watch what I eat now, was tired of googling every food whether it's ok to eat so ordered this cookbook and I love it, especially how easy the dishes are - and tasty! It's also a great tool to learn over time what's safe to eat, you get used to the good things, after a while I'll get to intermediate level haha

A good recipe book but uses US cup size measurements
I like this recipe book. It's really simple to understand and uses ingredients which are all easily available in the UK. Each recipe is a serving for 2 people so you can divide or multiply quantities as required. I like that a lot of the ingredients are used in many different recipes so if you are preparing meals for one you can half the measurements and use the ingredients to try out another recipe. There is a really handy list at the bottom of each recipe showing cals, carbs, fat, sugars and fibre content in grams so it's really easy to plan meals. All recipes are really easy to make and none take more than 20 minutes to prep. Annoyingly a lot of the measurements are in US cup sizes and although there is a conversion chart at the back of the book it doesn't show conversions into grams for UK use so I had to find a different conversion chart. There are a couple of errors in the recipes listing ingredients that aren't in the recipes which was a bit confusing.

I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and I was struggling to find anything to help me with recipes to help me and I came across this book and I love it .... It's helpful and full of recipes and also a meal plan
