Ran like a beast out of the box
It's a crazy little car. Ran like a beast out of the box.I had it for like about two days and the motor wasn't making the the tires move anymore. You could still hear the motor going but it wasn't making a conection to the tires. I opened it up and the speed reduction gear (which is made of plastic btw) had worn out so it wasn't making a connection with the rear metal gear differential.Edit: After about three weeks I got a replacement part in the mail for free thnx to the warranty. it came all the way from china and I set iit all back up but it turns out I was missing a little metal bearing from the start and that's why it tore the teeth on the gear to begin with. Now I will have to order another gear and a metal bearing so three more weeks i'm sure.Update: so instead of sending me the gear to fix it they ended up sending me a used car of the same model in working condition to mix and match parts but it ended up working as the main car. I think the main thing if u buy this car if you want it to last is, whatever you do don't hit reverse to stop the car or the little plastic gear won't be able to handle braking, so just let it come to a stop or turn it too stop.

I have to say that I initially wrote a pretty scathing review because it was the second car that I had ordered and it still wasn't functioning, but it turns out it was a user error and not the companies fault. The cust. service team got right back to me and gave me a simple video link to the issue I was having and bam the car works beautiful! This thing absolutely flies and can run over anything. I'd certainly buy it again and recommend it to anyone else. My son is going to love it.

Hopefully you know how to fix it
Awesome rc car. Really fun when it's working. My boy used it 3 times since getting it for Christmas and the rear ball bearings shattered already and we heard them tearing up the gears. Hopefully they contact me so we can get it fixedUpdated. I used the email found looking though already asked questions and they responded with 30 minutes or less every time and they are sending me slightly defective car for parts. I'm happy with this.. added a star for very fast responses

You will not be disappointed
I bought a cheaper RC car on Amazon and had to return it the same day I opened it because the remote didn't work. This one is awesome. You really get what you pay for in life. Spend the extra money and pick this one up. You won't be disappointed. It is fast!! It is also very solid and can bounce off curbs, rocks, fences, etc., without sustaining any damage at all. I bought it for my for year old and he loves it. The only thing that it is missing is an extra battery. The battery life is fine but it is so much fun is love to be able to just pop another one in when the first battery is dead.

Great car
I bought this for my 14 year old son, the car is as advertised. The car runs for about 20 minutes, and goes very fast, looks to be around 30 mph, it flies thru the grass with no trouble and seems to have excellent 4 wheel drive. Our grass I keep very tall and still it is able to go thru it with out any problems, it also comes with very detailed instructions for repair purposes, if you need to disassemble to fix or even just to clean out all the grass dirt and debris, the instructions show how to tear it all the way down to bare chassis. Its a great car and I would recommend buying it.

Great car
Truck is well-built and fast. Wheels have excellent traction and shocks that allow it to accelerate and brakes quickly. Remote includes trim for steering sensitivity and direction. Great truck for the price!

Damaged Servo Control in Brand new R/C Phantom Car
I got the 2 DeMaxis Phantoms a few weeks ago. One came with a damaged servo controller. I contacted the company and they were very efficient to replace the part. Just need to wait a couple of weeks but I finally got it this morning. I replaced to part and there car work fine and as expected.
