This is a quality gluten free pasta. Being Italian and gluten free is a challenge but this is a winner. People who are not gluten free would really like this product. Note that this pasta takes about 11 minutes to cook so planning ahead is important. Enjoy!

Lovely flavor, light pasta
Flavor was very nice Do! Because there is no flour, the pasta was light and I ate a bit more! Do not overcook, pasta will fall apart. It was so delicious, I didn't mind!!
